IPhone Antitrust Plaintiffs Want New Class Counsel

Law360, New York (April 08, 2010, 4:40 PM ET) -- Two plaintiffs in the iPhone antitrust litigation have asked a federal judge to name their attorneys co-lead counsel, claiming that the current interim lead counsel has failed to adequately pursue the plaintiffs' deceptive trade practices and computer trespass allegations against Apple Inc. and AT&T Mobility LLC.
