Law360, New York (May 14, 2010, 3:36 PM ET) -- A federal judge has agreed to stay GraphOn Corp.’s patent infringement suit against Juniper Networks Inc. over network firewall technology while the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office re-examines two of the asserted patents.
Judge Saundra Brown Armstrong of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California granted the stay Wednesday.
Once re-examination of GraphOn-held U.S. Patent Numbers 6,061,798 and 5,826,014 concludes, the case will be reopened, the order said.
