Microsoft Sued Again Over Scrolling Mouse

Law360, New York (April 17, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- After reaping settlements and damage awards from a slew of computer device companies, a small patent-holding firm has set its sights on Microsoft Corp., accusing the software giant of infringing a patent for scrolling-mouse technology.

The lawsuit was filed on April 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington by F&G Research Inc., a Florida-based company that sued Microsoft once before over the same technology.
