Ford Owners Seek Class Cert. In AC Defect Action

Law360, New York (July 12, 2011, 1:38 PM ET) -- A California car owner has asked for class certification in a suit that accuses Ford Motor Co. of selling or leasing more than 108,000 vehicles with a hazardous air conditioner defect, according to a motion released Monday.
