Apple Settles Wireless Network IP Suit Over IPhone

Law360, New York (January 19, 2012, 5:57 PM ET) -- MobilOpsis Inc. on Thursday said it had settled its suit against Apple Inc. claiming the electronics giant's iPhone infringes a wireless network computing patent.

MobilOpsis and Apple filed a stipulated dismissal in the Northern District of California, saying that the claims have been resolved and requesting that the court dismiss the suit. Each party will bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, according to the filing.

The details of the settlement were not released, and attorneys for the parties could not immediately be reached for comment....
