Law360, San Diego (May 04, 2012, 6:04 PM ET) -- A California bill set to be heard Tuesday seeking to require class action advertisements to warn potential plaintiffs that they could be on the hook for attorneys' fees if a defendant wins the litigation is facing opposition from ACLU units and legal aid groups that claim the measure misstates the law and attempts to scare people away from joining a class action.
