Law360, New York (July 31, 2012, 2:36 PM ET) -- TASER International Inc., the maker of stun guns widely used by law enforcement, recently had a judgment in its favor upheld by the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in a product liability failure-to-warn suit.
