Former Broadcom Execs Plead Not Guilty To Fraud

Law360, New York (June 17, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Former Broadcom Corp. CEO Henry Nicholas III has reportedly pled not guilty to charges that he engaged in a massive stock options backdating scheme at the California technology company and dealt drugs on the side.

Nicholas, who is free on $3.3 million bail, pled not guilty to 21 charges Monday during a hearing in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, according to the Associated Press.
