Judge Slashes Claims In FCA Case Over Asian Tech Imports
A Washington federal judge on Tuesday gutted a technology products selling agent's qui tam lawsuit accusing two government contractors of improperly selling tech products made in Asia to the U.S. government, saying allegations about many of the products were too vague.
