Harbor Freight Chalks Win As Managers Denied Cert In OT Suit

A Kansas federal judge Friday decertified a class of store managers suing retail chain Harbor Freight Tools USA Inc. for allegedly misclassifying them to avoid paying overtime, saying differences in individual job responsibilities would require numerous mini-trials in the Fair Labor Standards Act suit.
