An Enterprise Holdings Inc. unit has agreed to pay $1.125 million to end two proposed class actions in California filed by former employees alleging the car-rental subsidiary wrongly denied them overtime compensation and refused to pay assistant managers during training, according to court documents filed Wednesday.
