Sandoz, Others Escape Faulty Painkiller Patch Case
A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday dismissed two union health plans' putative class action against Sandoz Inc., Alza Corp. and Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals Inc. over defective fentanyl patches, saying the plans hadn't shown they had paid for any patches covered by a 2008 recall.
