Satellite TV Techs Win Cert. In OT Suit Against UniTek

A Maryland federal judge conditionally certified a class of satellite TV technicians Tuesday in an overtime collective action against UniTek Global Services Inc., unswayed by the argument that the court should apply heightened scrutiny to the certification bid because some discovery had been completed.
