Time Warner, Viacom Square Off Over IPad App

Viacom International Inc. and Time Warner Cable Inc. filed lawsuits Thursday asking a New York federal court to decide whether existing contracts between the companies permit Time Warner to deliver Viacom's content to subscribers through an iPad application.
