    The owner of 25 McDonald's restaurants in Wisconsin agreed to pay $1 million on Tuesday to settle a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission suit alleging the company allowed female employees at one restaurant, including some teenagers, to be subjected to sexual comments and physical touching by co-workers.
