Golden Hour Cleared Of IP Deception In Wake Of Therasense
A Texas federal judge found Wednesday that, in light of the Federal Circuit's recent Therasense ruling, Golden Hour Data Systems Inc. did not deceive the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office while prosecuting its emergency medical services software patent, reversing an earlier judgment that rendered the patent unenforceable.
