    Ross Perot’s Co. Ducks Suit Over Parkcentral Collapse

    A Texas federal judge on Thursday dismissed the claims against Perot Investments Inc. in an investor class action accusing the company of grossly mismanaging $2.5 billion hedge fund Parkcentral Global LP, saying the suit couldn’t support its breach of fiduciary duty claims against the company.
