DR Horton Doesn't Kill PF Chang Arbitration Deal, Judge Says

A California federal judge ruled Monday that P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc.'s arbitration agreement with its employees, which contains a class action waiver, is not unconscionable, despite the National Labor Relations Board's recent ruling that such waivers can violate federal labor law.
