Merck Unit, Pamlab Sue Over Generic Metafolin

A Swiss unit of Merck KGaA and Pamlab LLC filed suit in Texas federal court Thursday accusing Macoven Pharmaceuticals LLC and biotech firm Gnosis SpA of making generic folate supplements that infringe six patents for Merck's supplement ingredient Metafolin.
