Judge Stays Proskauer Suits Pending 5th Circ. Ruling

A Texas federal judge has stayed several class actions against Proskauer Rose LLP, Chadbourne & Parke LLP and others accused of helping shield alleged Ponzi schemer R. Allen Stanford's bank from investigators, awaiting a potential Fifth Circuit en banc ruling over whether the class actions were precluded.
