Motorola Blasts Apple's Gripes Over Qualcomm License Deal

Motorola Mobility Inc. on Wednesday asked a California federal court to toss Apple Inc.’s breach of contract suit over a licensing agreement between Motorola and Qualcomm Inc., saying the federal court lacked authority to hear the contract claims.
