$100M Sale Of Ventas Senior Housing Ends ALC Leasing Fight
Assisted Living Concepts Inc. said Monday that it will pay $100 million to acquire a dozen senior citizen communities it had previously leased from Ventas Inc. as part of a bid to settle Ventas' lawsuit over numerous citations ALC had received from state health regulators regarding the facilities.
