Autoliv Inc. and other automotive parts companies on Friday were hit with a proposed class action in Louisiana alleging they fixed prices on seat belts and other safety devices, days after the U.S. Department of Justice announced it had pegged Autoliv with a $14.5 million criminal fine over similar allegations.
