Monsanto Targets DuPont Over Seed Selection Tech IP

Monsanto Co. on Monday in Missouri federal court accused rival DuPont Co. and its hybrid agricultural seed producing unit Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc. of infringing its patents covering seed development technology to help improve the genetic quality of its seeds.
