Antitrust Suit Claims Denso Rigged Bids On RV Parts
Red Bay, Ala.-based Tiffin Motor Homes Inc. launched an antitrust class action against Denso Corp. and Denso International America Inc. on Thursday in Michigan federal court, claiming the auto parts suppliers conspired with competitors for more than a decade to rig bids on automotive heater control panels.
