Patients Sue Staffing Co. Over Lab Tech With Hep C

Health care staffing firm Triage Staffing Inc. was hit in Nebraska federal court Tuesday with a proposed class action that says it negligently failed to investigate complaints about a laboratory technician charged with infecting 32 patients at a New Hampshire hospital with the liver disease hepatitis C.
