Fed. Circ. Refuses To Revive Automatic Hazard Light Suit
A Federal Circuit panel on Tuesday denied attempts by the inventor of automatic hazard lights to force the National Highway Safety Traffic Administration to allow his patented device to be installed in cars, ruling inventor Paul Michelotti brought the suit in federal claims court, which did not have jurisdiction.
