Law360, New York (September 24, 2009, 6:31 PM ET) -- Servers at the upscale Manhattan sushi eatery Masa have won class certification in a lawsuit accusing the Michelin three-star-rated restaurant of misappropriating tips.
Judge Edward Lehner of the New York County Supreme Court granted class certification with a settling order at a Sept. 17 hearing in Manhattan.
