RadioShack, Employees Settle ERISA Action

Law360, New York (November 05, 2009, 3:49 PM ET) -- RadioShack Corp. has reached a settlement in a proposed class action brought by members of a company 401(k) plan who accused the electronics retailer of funneling their investments into an underperforming mutual fund.

Plaintiffs' counsel indicated that the case had been settled, Judge Terry Means of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas said in an order Wednesday.

The order requires the parties to file an agreed motion to dismiss the case or stipulation due to settlement along with a motion for approval...
