Law360, New York (May 07, 2010, 1:41 PM ET) -- Delivery drivers have filed a putative class action against Minnesota franchises of Pizza Hut, claiming they violate the Fair Labor Standards Act and Minnesota wage laws by requiring drivers to pay for their own gas and automobile expenses.
Drivers Bryan Barth, Miles Warren and Kai Steenhoek filed an amended complaint Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota against Border Foods Inc. and Sky Ventures LLC, which does business as Pizza Hut Inc.
