FedEx Case Drivers' Expert Testimony Tossed Out

Law360, New York (May 07, 2010, 4:46 PM ET) -- A federal judge has thrown out most of a tax expert's testimony that plaintiffs had hoped to use at trial in multidistrict litigation over whether FedEx Ground Package System Inc. incorrectly classified some workers as independent contractors.
