Schering-Plough Off-Label Marketing MDL Dunzo

Law360, New York (June 11, 2010, 4:44 PM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed with prejudice two class action complaints from consumers and third-party payors accusing Schering-Plough Corp. of improperly marketing drugs for off-label use, closing the book on litigation that has plagued the former pharma giant since 2006.
