2 ERISA Actions Against Nokia Merged

Law360, New York (June 29, 2010, 2:12 PM ET) -- A federal judge has consolidated two proposed class actions alleging Nokia Inc. concealed information that led members of the mobile device maker’s employee pension plan to suffer tens of millions of dollars in losses in 2008.
