Law360, New York (September 02, 2010, 1:04 PM ET) -- RadioShack Corp. has been slapped with a putative class and collective action claiming the electronics retailer misclassified store managers across the U.S. as exempt from federal overtime pay requirements.
Named plaintiffs Joseph Cash and Michael S. Tickner filed their complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio on Wednesday.
