Judge Rejects $125M Google Books Settlement

Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 8:43 PM ET) -- A federal judge rejected a $125 million class action settlement between Google Inc. and authors and publishers groups Tuesday in New York, citing concerns that the Internet juggernaut could expropriate copyrights if owners fail to opt out of the agreement.
