Overheating IPad Class Action Gets Shut Down Again

Law360, New York (August 26, 2011, 4:45 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Friday again dismissed a putative class action accusing Apple Inc. of misleading consumers that the iPad could function outdoors without interruption, alleging that the device shuts down and overheats in sunny conditions in breach of an express warranty.
