Law360, New York (August 02, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The judge presiding over the direct purchasers’ DRAM antitrust class action has granted final approval of the remaining three defendants’ settlement for a total of $22 million, bringing to an end a five-year legal dispute with a group of computer chip manufacturers.
Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton signed off on the $22 million deal in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Wednesday, resolving all actions in the case against defendants Mosel Vitelic Inc., Mosel Vitelic Corp. and Nanya Technology Corp. USA....
