Law360, New York (March 07, 2012, 5:40 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday ruled that KeyBank NA could compel arbitration in a suit over the terms of several student loans, taking its cue from the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in AT&T Mobility Inc. v. Concepcion.
