HP Allowed To Contest $9M Freight Price-Fixing Deal

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 1:36 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday allowed Hewlett-Packard Co. to argue against a $9 million “take it or leave it” settlement reached with freight forwarder and alleged price-fixer Deutsche Bahn AG that HP claims unfairly bars class members from seeking relief.
