Law360, New York (August 01, 2012, 2:35 PM ET) -- The United States Supreme Court has issued writs of certiorari for its next term, beginning in October 2012, for two of the cases concerning the granting of class certification under Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
