Flonase Indirect Purchasers Sue SmithKline Beecham

Law360, New York (August 22, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Legal problems continue to stack up against SmithKline Beecham Corp., which faces another proposed class action for allegedly stalling the approval of a generic version of Flonase, the drugmaker's blockbuster nasal allergy medication.

The lawsuit, filed by Alabama-based AF Of L-AGC Building Trades Welfare Plan in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Thursday, follows the filing of a similar suit by the IBEW–NECA Local 505 Health & Welfare Plan last month.
