SEPTA Not Immune Under 11th Amendment: 3rd Circ.

Law360, New York (December 02, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- An appeals court has ruled that the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority is not entitled to sovereign immunity in its battle with a class of bus drivers seeking overtime claims because it is not an arm of the state.
