Law360, New York (December 03, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge on Tuesday pared down slightly a putative class action that accuses Embarq Corp. of age discrimination and reducing retirement benefits in violation of federal and state laws.
The plaintiffs in the case, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, retired from their telecommunications jobs at companies that are now wholly owned subsidiaries of Embarq.
