Law360, New York (April 01, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed part of a suit accusing Lockheed Martin Corp. of breaching its fiduciary duty with the handling of two employee investment plans.
In a decision Tuesday, Judge Michael J. Reagan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois dismissed claims related to revenue sharing and said there was a six-year statute of limitations in the Employee Retirement Income Security Act case, meaning all claims before Sept. 11, 2000, were tossed.
