Law360, New York (April 16, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Trying to stave off a decertification bid from Comcast Corp., a group of cable subscribers has asked a federal judge to recertify the class in an antitrust suit that accuses the cable giant of illegally establishing a monopoly in the Philadelphia area.
On Wednesday, the plaintiffs filed an amended motion with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania following Comcast's challenge to the court's previous certification of the Philadelphia class.
