Exelon Security Guards' Contract Spat Shut Down

Law360, New York (October 05, 2009, 12:19 PM ET) -- A union representing security guards at three nuclear power plants owned by Exelon Generation Co. LLC has lost its suit alleging that the company breached collective bargaining agreements by refusing to participate in a grievance process.

Judge James Munley of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania tossed the United Government Security Officers of America International Union's claims Wednesday.
