HP, MMCA Settle Suit Over Investigative Services Pact

Law360, New York (March 29, 2010, 6:31 PM ET) -- MMCA Group Ltd. and Hewlett-Packard Co. have reached a settlement in the risk management company's breach of contract and trade secrets suit accusing HP of unlawfully terminating an investigative services agreement.

Judge Maxine M. Chesney of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California signed an order of dismissal without prejudice on Friday, provided that the parties can finalize their resolution within 90 days.
