Exxon Says Privilege Protects Docs In Enviro Indemnity Suit

Law360, Houston (October 16, 2012, 9:54 PM ET) -- Exxon Mobil Corp. told a Texas appeals court Tuesday that documents its lawyers prepared to settle multibillion-dollar environmental lawsuits are protected by the attorney-client privilege and should not be subject to disclosure in a case it brought against a developer that allegedly agreed to indemnify it.
