Insurer Urges Discovery Stay In Intel Coverage Spat

Law360, New York (October 02, 2009, 6:03 PM ET) -- An insurer for Intel Corp. has urged a court to halt all discovery on bad faith and breach of contract claims by the computer chip-maker in an increasingly acrimonious dispute over who should pay the costs of defending antitrust allegations by rival Advanced Micro Devices Inc.
