Law360, New York (May 14, 2010, 3:38 PM ET) -- Pourfect Products has come back with a revised complaint against Whirlpool Corp. unit KitchenAid, a bid to keep its $6 million antitrust action against the kitchen appliance maker alive after an earlier dismissal.
Pourfect's amended complaint, filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, provides concrete details of KitchenAid's market power that were absent in its first attempt, which Judge G. Murray Snow threw out May 3.
